Founder & CEO / Yanli He, PhD

Dr. Yanli He earned her PhD in Organizational Leadership. Her complementary skills in accounting, project management, leadership, negotiation, and teaching, honed through professional education and certification from UCSC Silicon Valley, Harvard Business School, Columbia International University, and the City & Guilds of London Institute, have laid a robust foundation for Wealthford LEAD since March 2021. Additionally, Dr. He serves as the president of Post-Pandemic Leadership Research Institute (PLRI) and as the mentor for Startup World Cup.

Meet OUR CPA

Yanfen Wu CPA has 20 years of experience providing accounting, tax compliance, tax planning, and CFO consulting services to private equity, venture capital funds, and investment funds.

Currently, she is the tax partner and chief CPA of Wealthford Lead; she also serves as the VC CFO at Kranz Consulting and the CFO of the Post-Pandemic Leadership Research Institute (PLRI).

Previously, Yanfen CPA was a Tax Partner at PwC and a managing director at BDO San Francisco. 20 years ago, she started her career at KPMG and worked on partnership taxation for nine years.
