Startups LEAD has provided finance, tax, and business compliance services to DSTEK INC., the U.S. subsidiary of Dongsheng Intelligence, since its establishment in 2023. As DSTEK expands its technology portfolio, we are pleased to highlight DSROBOT, its industrial robotics offering introduced in 2026.
DSROBOT: Connecting Industrial AI Vision with Robotic Action
For a robot to perform useful work, it needs to recognize parts, understand their position, and act appropriately. DSTEK presents DSROBOT as an industrial embodied-AI platform that brings its machine vision capabilities together with dual-arm manipulation—connecting visual inspection with physical tasks such as picking, transferring, and assembling components.
According to DSTEK’s product information, the range includes four configurations:
- MATE: A fixed-base, dual-arm robot for stationary assembly and machine-loading tasks.
- UNI: A wheeled, dual-arm robot for work requiring movement between stations.
- FLEX: A mobile robot with a folding waist for handling tasks at different heights.
- CARRY: A mobile lifting configuration for transfer and access across different equipment or storage heights.
Proposed applications include inspection-machine loading and unloading, component transfer, precision assembly, rack and bin picking, and production-line checks. Configuration and performance depend on the selected model and target process.

Supporting the Business Behind the Technology
DSTEK established its U.S. subsidiary in Dallas, Texas, in December 2023 to strengthen local marketing and technical support for industrial AI vision customers in North America and Mexico.
Since that establishment, Startups LEAD has supported DSTEK INC.’s financial, tax, and compliance needs, helping the U.S. operation address the ongoing business responsibilities that accompany international expansion.
Our work supports the administrative foundation behind the company’s customer-facing and technical activities. Maintaining financial records, addressing tax obligations, and coordinating business compliance require continuity as a subsidiary develops.
We are proud to support DSTEK’s U.S. business journey and to share its latest advances in industrial AI and robotics. DSROBOT offers an opportunity for manufacturers to explore how visual perception and robotic handling can work together in practical production settings.
